I highly recommend Devorah Weitzman. She agreed to make the profile logo and banner for the LITC- LinkedIn Torah Community group, something which I have been wanting for a while. Although I have gotten to know a number of great designers on LI, I still was extremely impressed with her work. The LITC group is very nuanced in multiple ways. There are so many different considerations which need to be taken into account. It's hard to represent the group in a way which is faithful to its values, without being overly narrow or broad. Mrs. Weitzman not only demonstrated her understanding and appreciation of the nuances through her graphics; she also worked well at incorporating the varied criticisms and points in her final work. I was working with Mrs. Weitzman on creating the images, but I also needed to receive feedback from the other managers of the group, and share that feedback with Mrs. Weitzman. It's not how many "final drafts" that she needed to make; it's that she willingly revamped the concept multiple times even though we were already at the final draft. I am impressed with her patience, understanding, creativity, and execution which she demonstrated while making the logo and banner.
